Level 5 Services reached out to Red Tree Finance in mid 2024 to ascertain our interest in piloting their unique, first-to-Market product (SACC/MACC/LACC) with them.

Red Tree immediately jumped at the offer as it fulfilled a known, critical gap that most
Financiers in this Industry, and Red Tree being no different, especially during our rapid
Growth phase in the MACC Marketplace.

These Services immediately addressed a number of critical BAU tasks & processes and seamlessly integrated with both our LMS Platform and Red Tree’s unique Polices & Processes. This allowed us to then concentrate on our core business i.e. write high quality loans and build our database for re-marketing ourselves, while Level 5 managed closely and professionally these other specialised tasks to minimise errors & risks and maximise returns.

Piloting Level 5 over the past 9 months has felt more like a partnership, as any and all
feedback were greatly appreciated, scoped and where agreed, quickly implemented them allowing Red Tree and Level 5 to quickly adjust and assess the impact.

We have been operating under the current/final Version now for the past 7 months, with excellent results and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Level 5.
